Things to check before contacting Tech Support:
- Are you entering the correct username? They are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly!
- Are you entering the most recent password exactly and correctly? Passwords must be entered correctly or stored in a secure password manager. Tech Support cannot see your password as it is not stored in the system, so if you need to, it will be reset and a new one issued. When you first login with a new password, you may be required to change it.
- Passwords must contain a minimum of 8 characters, 1 Upper Case and 1 Number.
